Arch Telecom was established in June of 2011, and has had an amazing growth with over 100 locations in 12 states spread throughout the United States. We are a full service wireless retailer; whether it’s to stop by and activate a new family plan, to get service and repair on your phone or simply to pay a bill, we can take care of it. As Archers, it is our commitment to give the best and most solid service to our customers. Whether it’s realistic…or sometimes unrealistic, we will do all we can to ensure that our customers leave our locations with a smile on their face.

Our service centers with experienced technicians ensure that all customer needs are met. We are dedicated to constantly train and retrain our front-line employees while keeping them motivated by offering them a highly lucrative commission structure .
