About 8 months ago my wife and I bought an Android phone from [Arch Telecom] in Mount Vernon, WA mainly because we wanted the hot spot function for our home connection to the internet. Joe Lotze from that store spent lots of time showing us the phone and setting it up for us, and he reassured us that it would function as desired. He volunteered to come by the house to make sure that it met our needs and encouraged us to get back to him if we required any further assistance.
We just want you to know how much we have appreciated Joe’s helpfulness and willingness to go out of his way to make sure that we are satisfied with the products we’ve bought at the store. Just yesterday we went to the store because my wife’s [phone] stopped being able to receive email, and Joe quickly identified the source of the problem and resolved it.
We are seniors, and we want you to know how important Joe’s help has been to us. Without it we might have been tempted to change service providers just because we don’t know how to fix issues that Joe can resolve in short order. He always does so with a smile, and he cheerfully educates us so we can be more functional users of our electronic devices in the future. In my working days I supervised a number of employees and know how important the good ones are. Joe’s a good one, which you probably already know, but I thought that you might like to hear it from a customer.
I would like to take a moment to tell you about my experience at the Kingston [Arch Telecom] store. After looking at what the different providers had to offer I decided to transfer my plan from [another carrier]. As I walked in both of the staff who were on the phone took the time right away to say “I will be right with you”, and moments later I was talking with Craig.
He explained all of the benefits of [switching my service] very well and gave me a few options for equipment. I voiced my concern of service at my residence and told him I needed the Airave cell signal extender. (my home is in a hole and dropped call’s are the norm). We went through my options for plans and he gave me lots of good input on what would work best for me and my Business and family, and he said he could have everything set up for the following day as he needed to get the 4 Photon’s from other locations.
I returned the following day with my trade in equipment [(3 phones)] and he was all set to transfer my information from our old equipment to our new. as Craig was getting the phones set up he called cust. support to get the airave ordered and shipped, well I can tell you that Craig handled everything great even though (Dave) from [...Customer Support] tried to do everything in his power to not make an airave extender available to me. If one of my guys pulled what he did that night I would have let him go on the spot. And due to the time spent with customer service and the fact that we didn’t get there till after 7 PM he did everything right, stayed late (the mall was closed when we left) and made sure that our voice mails were all set, and understood everything before we left
Craig got with the [customer support] the next day and straightened everything out for me to get an airave and it was delivered 5 days before promised.
Craig Is a very knowledgeable person and was able to help us out even after the sale with personal service we had with our [phones]. he showed us how to set up the systems, and gave us great tips on making the [phone] run faster and make the battery last longer. He is what I would call a keeper. Professional, cautious and just good with people.

Ahmad ,Tom, Mike and Jeremy should all get an award. I was all set to go to [another carrier] but the care and professionalism is keeping me at [Arch Telecom]. Tom was leaving but stayed to see if the problem could get fixed. Jeremy was home for the day but came back. Mike tried to help wherever he could. Ahmad treats his staff well and the customers better. I will now stay on when my contract ends due to the people on your staff.
