Arch Telecom has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Maycom locations effective January 1, 2021. I want to start this letter out by welcoming you all to the Arch Family. This year has been challenging for everyone with the worldwide pandemic, and in particular for all of you with the Sprint/T-Mobile merger and the uncertainty it created for Maycom. I want to reassure you that in our 27-year history we have encountered many challenges and have continued to evolve and grow despite them.
I have always held Maycom in very high regard. Your company culture and team spirit are well-known among the Sprint dealer community. I firmly believe that there will be tremendous synergy created from our two companies coming together – providing stability and a path forward.
Acquisitions are typically met with a certain degree of apprehension and for that reason we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for everyone involved. It is our intent to retain all front-end employees.

Uninterrupted Health Benefits from Day 1: All employees who are currently enrolled in benefits will be eligible to receive medical, dental and vision health benefits on Day 1. For those of you that are not enrolled in health benefits at Maycom, Arch offers health benefits to all full-time employees. Eligibility will begin on March 1st.

Orientation Sessions and Enrollment with Arch: We have a total of 7 sessions scheduled for your Orientation and enrollment (list below). Please register at the link provided below. Social distancing protocols will be followed and masks are required. Please do not forget to bring 2 forms of ID for your I9 to the Orientation Session.
If you are unable to attend any of the sessions below, we will be doing virtual sessions during the week of December 21st.
