ATHENAS PROGRAM

Arch has made a huge investment into its DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Program and has created the Athenas! This program provides specific development and mentorship for its female leaders.  The objectives include the development of female leaders that are more agile and aware of their team’s needs, to build trust and engagement, to increase accountability, to share communication around team and individual performance, and to facilitate change management.

This journey began in 2023 and will continue to grow and evolve over the coming months. Our kickoff was in San Diego, CA with the team learning how to dial down into the assessment of their teams ability vs. willingness which allowed them to determine the actual performance readiness of an individual.

Enhancing Team Emotional Intelligence

The journey has moved into Emotional Intelligence and has started with the entire Athenas and Arch Leadershipreading Emotional Intelligence 2.0 and discussing the benefits and practical applications of what they learned.

Developing Time Management Skills

Partnering With The Princess Project

The Princess Project started by women and for women helps teens grow in their confidence and self esteem and gives away thousands of dresses to Prom goers all over California. As an Athenas team, we set out to collect and donate 100 of our own fantastic dresses that have been used in previous events, weddings, and parties. In true Arch fashion we blew this target out of the water and managed to collect nearly 300 dresses that are being dry cleaned and delivered to teenage girls who want to attend their high school Prom and may not be able to afford it. So proud of the efforts of these 34 ladies and their herculean efforts to make a difference to so many young women.
