Vic is the Founder and Chairman of Arch Telecom where he focuses on working with the management team in providing strategic direction and business development. Vic has vast experience in the telecommunications/wireless space and has managed and/or founded companies in indirect wireless retail, ecommerce, telemarketing, wholesale wireless distribution (master dealer program), and equipment distribution (phone sales). Vic is an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) where he is able to leverage his peers in advisory board capacity with a wide range of expertise and experience.
Vic is also the founder of several other successful businesses including C2 Wireless and Accessories (wholesale distribution of OEM wireless accessories to midlevel distributors, large retailers) and Aliantel (general contractor focused on cell site services: development, construction, and maintenance). Vic received a B.A. in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in 1987 and an M.B.A from San Jose State University in 1989.
Alex is co-founder, CEO & President of Arch Telecom and has over 21 years of Wireless Retail experience. He has been involved in launching many new wireless ventures over the years and has ownership stakes in multiple businesses including real estate and urgent care centers. Alex graduated from Delhi University, India with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and relocated to United States in 1998. Coming from a family with steel manufacturing factories in India, he grew up surrounded by great mentors and entrepreneurs.
Alex has worked with multiple National & Regional Wireless Providers over the years including T-Mobile, Cellular One, Nextel Partners besides Sprint / Nextel. During this time Alex assumed various roles to meet the demands of a growing business. He has had a hand in developing many of the M&Ps related to Sales, Personnel, Operations, Carrier Relations & Business Development and to this date is actively engaged in the daily workings of Arch Telecom. Alex has been on Sprint’s dealer council board since 2007 and is well respected in the trade.
Ali is an adept strategic sales leader with 20 years of telecommunications experience. He has a successful track record of high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the Wireless Retail Industry. Ali is responsible for the national vision, direction and growth of the company.
Ali is actively engaged daily in Business Development, Employee Development, Carrier Relations, Field Support and Operations. He is a team building architect and continues to expand a “Best in Class” leadership team. Ali and his family make their home in Irvine, California.
Meghan is an accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Archers to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce.
Meghan specializes in talent management, performance management, recruiting, employee benefits, and learning and development. Her industry experience spans the hospitality, healthcare, medical device, and telecommunications arenas. Meghan holds a BA in Communication Arts from California Lutheran University and she and her family make their home in San Diego, California.
Trent’s wireless journey to Arch Telecom started over 21 years ago when he began his career at a single retail location in San Diego, California. Having just moved from Michigan, he discovered his niche in wireless and went on to lead Store Operations for the carriers 600 Western based locations. With a reputation as one of the most reliable leaders in the field, Trent joined Arch in June 2022 as the Vice President of Operations, overseeing loss prevention, sales quality teams, and field operations. His goal in this position is to focus on employee success through process improvement, and his valuable experience working with exclusive carriers has allowed him to seamlessly transition into his role at Arch.
He is a natural leader and a passionate mentor to his teams. His dedication to improving store operations and audit readiness is unmatched in the industry, and his charisma has had nothing short of a positive impact on his colleagues. Trent lives in Southern California and enjoys spending his free time with his dog, golfing, and reading.
Pete is a strategic leader with over 22 years of experience in the wireless retail industry. Throughout his career, he has led a multitude of organizational teams for national wireless retailers while being a trusted partner to T-Mobile. For Arch Telecom, Pete brings his experience in terms of store development, construction management, store facilities, leasing and commercial real estate to the team!
He is a passionate servant leader who highly values the development of people and teams! Pete has a proven history of implementing innovative technology solutions that help to drive overall organizational growth. Additionally, he has an extensive background in enterprise systems & technology, networking, databases, reporting and application development. Pete has a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. He and his family make their home in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
Steve is a VP of Sales with a long-standing history with Arch dating back to 2006. He is a visionary leader with over 17 years of wireless experience. He is responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies for much of the east area. He is passionate about clear and effective communication and builds a team who drives this business forward.
He has a successful track record of improving results and always finding new ways to teach, while standing side by side with his teams. Steve focuses on doing things right the first time and creating the next generation of sales leaders. He and his family make their home in Orlando, Florida.
Aaron is VP of Sales who is responsible for managing sales teams in California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Wyoming, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina and Hawaii. He is a talented and dedicated sales leader with over 18 years of experience managing and leading teams with vision.
He also serves as a “Culture Ambassador,” and fosters a strong and fun work culture that retains employees and attracts top talent. He is a creative thinker who keeps teams motivated through encouraging employee recognition and promoting exciting and engaging work environments.
